Cesar Vargas has been the Language Specialist/District Translator and Interpreter for the Santa Ana Unified School District for over 25 years, and has helped other organizations, businesses and municipalities to bring their message and communication to their Spanish-speaking audiences, clients and constituents.

He teaches the Spanish Translation and Interpretation courses at Santa Ana College leading to the Certificate and the Associates Degree in Spanish Translation/Interpretation.

Cesar Vargas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, a Master’s in Education and a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy; he has an office in Southern California, USA. He is a Coach, Master Hypnotist and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and is an NLP Trainer, as well as a Speaker and Trainer of Self-Improvement topics, in both English and Spanish.

Cesar is the author of Your Life Is Your Masterpiece and Unstuck: The Owner’s Manual for Success, where he introduces basic concepts of Neuro-Linguistic Programming to guide the reader to design their own life as the Masterpiece it was destined to be.

He has translated into Spanish many gems in the Personal Development arena, such as Joe Vitale’s Spiritual Marketing, Bart Baggett’s Success Secrets of the Rich and Happy, Wallace D.
